We will need high-level demographics about your organization and the designated contact person(s).

You will recieve an intial invoice for the applicable initiation fee. Once the invoice is paid, you will recieve the implementation guide and marketing materials for your team and your designated company code.

You will only get another invoice if we receive employee submissions. You will know if we have a submission through the summary report. Invoices will be sent at the close of the month.

After the 12 month agreement ends, you will recieve a invoice for the annual enrollment fee. This keeps your company code active for team submissions.
